Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website. The server that hosts our website encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your MauiGrown Coffee account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
After you complete the checkout process, a confirmation will appear on your screen. Please keep this confirmation number for your reference.
You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)
Our products are shipped via USPS. You can expect to receive your shipment 3-4 days after your order is shipped.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund.
Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
